Shipping policy

We deliver orders via Packeta to your address, a Z-BOX, or a pickup point.

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery to an address costs CZK 136, while delivery to a Z-BOX costs CZK 89.

You can easily choose your preferred Z-BOX or Packeta pickup point in the shopping cart.

For orders over CZK 1,599, delivery to a Z-BOX or pickup point is free.

For orders over CZK 2,499, delivery to your address is free.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation along with tracking information.

We do our best to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible so that your purchase reaches you without unnecessary delays.
