We deliver orders via Zásilkovna to your address, to a Z-BOX, or to a pickup point.

Orders received on business days before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped the next business day.

Home delivery costs CZK 136, while delivery to a Z-BOX costs CZK 89.

You can easily select your preferred Z-BOX or Zásilkovna pickup point in the cart.

Free shipping is available on orders over CZK 1,599.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation along with tracking information.

We do our best to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible so that your items arrive without unnecessary delay.
