Description
DROPS Nord is spun as a traditional sock yarn (4-ply) from a blend of superfine alpaca (45%), which ensures softness and smoothness, Peruvian selected wool (25% Highland wool), which makes it warm and shape-stable, and 30% polyamide, which gives the yarn strength and durability.
It knits and crochets well, the knit will be regular, with a nice drawn pattern. It is an ideal yarn for warm knits for everyday wear - sweaters, socks, hats, gloves and much more!
DROPS Nord is available in 23 beautiful colours, which make wonderful Norwegian, Fair Isle, jacquard and intarsia knitted patterns. It is a yarn group A yarn and is particularly suitable for all patterns originally designed with DROPS Alpaca, Baby Merino, Fabel and Flora.
Made by: in Peru
Origin of raw materials: Alpaca and wool come from South America, polyamide from Germany
